Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has been processed, please allow 3–5 business days for delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Return Policy
Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and unused in their original packaging.
Due to the nature of skincare and beauty products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for health and hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at kelsey.kempf16@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
