Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been processed, please allow 3–5 business days for delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all US orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Return Policy

Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and unused in their original packaging. Due to the nature of skincare and beauty products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for health and hygiene reasons. Some products in our store are fulfilled by our trusted brand partners; return eligibility and processing for these items may be subject to the individual supplier's return policy.

Holiday Return Window

Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 are eligible for return through January 31 of the following year, provided items are unopened and unused in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact customercare@theglowatelier.store with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
