Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Holiday Return Exception Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 may be returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unopened, unused, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at kelsey.kempf16@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at kelsey.kempf16@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work to make it right.
